These regulations are applicable to all users holding valid payment tools and to merchants and organizations involved in payment and settlement activities.

 

Application and Issuance of Payment Tools

 

Users may apply to relevant financial institutions to obtain credit cards or debit cards, or register and acquire mobile payment tools on supported platforms.

 

Financial institutions, upon reviewing user applications, shall issue payment tools based on user credit status and relevant regulations.

 

Secure Use of Payment Tools

 

Users are responsible for securely safeguarding their payment tools and ensuring the non-disclosure of payment passwords, fingerprint recognition, and other sensitive information to third parties to prevent payment security issues.

 

In cases of lost, stolen, or suspicious transactions involving payment tools, users should promptly notify the relevant financial institution or payment platform for freezing and resolution.

 

Payment Process

 

Users must follow the guidance provided by the payment platform to complete the payment process when utilizing payment tools for transactions.

 

Temmnic shall provide secure and convenient payment channels, accepting various payment tools from users.

 

Transaction Settlement

 

Users' payment amounts will be debited from the relevant accounts based on actual transaction circumstances.

 

Temmnic shall promptly settle completed transaction amounts in accordance with applicable agreements and regulations.

 

Mobile Payment Platforms

 

Provisions for the Use of PayPal, Shoppay, Google Pay, Meta Pay

 

Users may register and link bank accounts or payment cards on supported platforms to facilitate mobile payments.

 

When using these mobile payment platforms for transactions, users should adhere to the operating rules and security procedures of each platform.

 

Security of Mobile Payments

 

Users are required to set strong passwords, enable fingerprint recognition, or employ other authentication measures to ensure the security of their mobile payment accounts.

 

When utilizing mobile payment platforms, users should remain vigilant against risks such as phishing and fraud, thereby ensuring payment security.

 

Handling of Violations

 

In the event unauthorized, illegal, fraudulent, or other violations are detected, financial institutions or payment platforms are authorized to take necessary actions, including freezing accounts or terminating services.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

In cases of disputes arising during the payment process, users may file complaints with relevant financial institutions or payment platforms, and both parties are expected to seek amicable resolutions through consultation.

 

Unresolved disputes may be referred to relevant regulatory bodies or arbitration organizations for resolution.
